1. How long will it take to make my custom order?

The general rule of thumb for most of our custom orders is 2-4 weeks for production. This time is often considerably less on smaller items depending on the number of orders currently placed.

2. What if I don't see what I'd like made listed in your products?

Most of what we do is custom designed products. The items listed on the site are just our most common requested items and meant as more of a starting point for your one of a kind creation. Please contact us directly if there's something you specifically want and we will work with you to design and bring your ideas to life.

3. Do you offer Vegan Leather options?

Currently we do not offer any vegan leather options. All of our hides are 100% animal hides, locally sourced within the United States. 

4. Why is there a blemish on my product?

While we do our best to avoid large blemishes often associated with natural hides, like brands and large scars, they are still natural products that sometimes have small blemishes in the finish.

5. Do you offer refunds?

No. We currently do not offer refunds on any of our product as it's been custom made to your specifications. We do however, do our best to work with our customers to make sure they are happy with the product they've receieved.
